I am a passionate first aid professional dedicated to equipping individuals of all ages with essential life-saving skills. With certifications in both Canada and Germany, I specialize in first aid training, CPR, and emergency response education. My goal is to make first aid accessible, practical, and easy to understand, ensuring people feel confident in handling everyday emergencies.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my work has been introducing young children to first aid through engaging and interactive courses. In Germany, I successfully developed and led first aid starter programs for kindergartens and schools, helping children build resilience and preparedness in a fun and age-appropriate way. By creating a positive learning experience, I aim to instill confidence and awareness in young minds, empowering them to react calmly in unexpected situations.

Beyond working with children, I provide first aid training for businesses, schools, and individuals, ensuring they meet safety standards and insurance requirements. My teaching approach is hands-on and practical, making first aid a skill that feels natural rather than intimidating.
